We’re opening the doors to a new kind of dining experience—where thoughtful service meets striking design and the bar is as much about the people as it is the pour. We’re looking for Bartenders with solid experience, a love for craft cocktails, and a passion for creating moments guests remember.

✨ About the Role

As a bartender on our founding team, you'll be mixing more than drinks—you’ll be crafting an experience that reflects our mission of laid-back luxury. Whether you’re slinging classics, shaking something fresh, or simply pouring with purpose, your presence behind the bar sets the tone.

🧾 What You’ll Do

Create cocktails with confidence and care, balancing speed and precision

Guide guests through our cocktail list, spirits, and wine offerings

Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times

Engage authentically with guests—building connections, not just cocktails

Collaborate with the bar team and FOH to ensure smooth service

Uphold bar prep, restock, and breakdown duties

Monitor guest experience—read the room, anticipate needs, and adjust accordingly

✅ What You Bring

2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or elevated setting

Foundational knowledge of craft cocktails—and a desire to keep learning

A cool head, warm demeanor, and fast hands

Ability to stay composed during rushes and always keep it guest-first

Comfortable multitasking without compromising quality

Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hourly base wage of $7.25 + tips
