Average pay is based on schedule availability & flexibility and is an estimate based on recent data. Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays

Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be at the forefront of our bar, showcasing your bartending skills and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of cocktails, from classic to innovative, using high-quality ingredients and techniques. Your exceptional customer service skills, extensive knowledge of cocktails, and ability to multitask will make you a key contributor to our bar team.

Responsibilities

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies.

Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails.

Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine.

Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.

Qualifications

Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol.
