Job Description - Bartender

Join our opening team at SnowmoBAR! We are now hiring for our team and are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about bringing smiles to our customers and providing excellent hospitality. Apply online to be a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly greeting.

Assist and take guest's orders.

Employ approved suggestive selling techniques to assist guests who are undecided.

Operate a cash register.

Perform side work duties as directed by manager.

Clean bar tops and tables.

Maintain cleanliness of facility.

Control the food flow from the kitchen to fellow Servers and for Delivery (if applicable).

Responsible for communicating special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff and Management.

Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.

Maintain cleanliness of their work station.

Qualifications:

Preferred: 3-6 months cash operating experience.

Must be able to legally serve alcohol and have valid certification or work cards.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Required: 1 year of recent Customer Service experience.

Comfortable standing for entire shift.

Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis.

Must be comfortable working both independently and with a team.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
