Job Description - Bartender

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by serving all customers at the bar, mixing drinks for the walk-up service well, taking to-go orders, and executing some light cocktail service.

You are passionate about beverages and share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.

Execute beverage service at the bar(s) for walk-up guests.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.

Process all payments quickly and accurately.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender

General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs

Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask efficiently

THE BIG CHILL is a family-friendly entertainment complex located on historic 30A, nestled between Alys Beach and Seaside. Our venue hosts five restaurants, three bars, retail shops, an amphitheater for live music, and a 25’ LED Jumbotron for sports and movies. We are open year-round from 7am to 10pm. We provide a fun and lively gathering spot for families and friends to enjoy good food and positive vibes!
