Bartender

Overview: We are looking for a skilled, personable Bartender. The ideal candidate will have strong liquor and cocktail expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating memorable beverage experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails.
• Ensure responsible alcohol serving practices in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age (must be 21+).
• Keep track of stock levels and notify management when supplies are low.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Promote specials and new beverage offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender with extensive liquor and cocktail knowledge.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending or alcohol server certification if required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and a great guest experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Capable of working during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
