Bartender

The role of a Bartender is to delight our guests with a passion for making great drinks and creating well-balanced experiences. Our bartenders greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Welcome, all guests with a genuine and delightful smile. Interact with guests as they arrive to the bar
  


• Use the guest name whenever possible


• Identify special occasions and extend wishes


• Be a team player. Support and be supported by your co-workers


• Work well with employees & managers


• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and professional maturity 

Experience

• Minimum 1-year upscale bar experience.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.
