Bartenders ensure a great dining experience for our guests from the time they are seated until they leave by pairing warm, welcoming service with great food and wine knowledge, making recommendations, and following the steps of service. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• A Clean and Tidy Bar.
• Immediate Greets with a smile even when talking with another guest or a team
• member.
• Eyes always up, never down while making drinks or serving guests.
• Always ask if they are dining with them or if they would like to see a menu.
• Efficient with service and making drinks.
• ntroduce yourself and the other bartender to make it a more personable
• experience.
• Never show stress or vent about other guests or team members.
• Never conversate too much with team members in front of guests with small talk.
• Delegate tasks that give Legendary service and keep you behind the bar, like
• bread for a guest.
• Good conversationalist either about sports or the weather, never politics, and a
• good sense of humor always helps. A true peoples person.
• Great knowledge about all the Liquor, beer and wine.
• Smooth while making drinks consistently with jigger use.
• Serving alcohol responsibly, counting drinks and keeping tabs updated in front of
• the guests. Great eye contact helps you judge on their needs or level of
• intoxication.
• Quality driven in making sure the guests are enjoying everything.
• Thank them for dining with us while pre bussing and promptly sanitize their area after departure.
