Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

-        Utilize your excellent memory to accurately remember and fulfill customer orders.

-        Demonstrate outstanding people skills by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

-        Work efficiently and quickly to ensure timely preparation and delivery of beverages.

-        Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on customer preferences and the establishment's drink menu.

-        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring that all supplies and ingredients are readily available and properly stored.

-        Follow established recipes and techniques to consistently deliver high-quality drinks to customers.

-        Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

-        Collaborate with other team members, such as servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Reporting Structure and Team:

As a bartender at Zola’s Avondale Cafe, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. You will work closely with the management team, servers, and other bartenders to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
