Bartender

Bartender: 

Blu Ocean Grille inside Encore at Tradition is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable bartender to join our team! We are seeking someone who is takes pride in what they do, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests. 

Responsibilities May Include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar

• Following all recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines

• Handling cash and POS transactions accurately

• Restocking bar supplies and assisting with opening/closing duties

• Working as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management to create a great guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience 

• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability may be required
