Position Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and

friendly Bartender who can provide exceptional service while preparing

quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is

dependable, personable, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• 
  
• Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• 
  
• Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
• 
  
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all Virginia ABC regulations
• 
  
• Accurately process orders and handle cash and credit card transactions
• 
  
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• 
  
• Assist servers and team members as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience
• 
  
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• 
  
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• 
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 
  
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• 
  
• Must be at least 21 years old
• 
  
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• 
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
