Bartender

Job Summary: WSA Entertainment, LLC. dba Parq Restaurant & Nightclub is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mixology, have a passion for creating exceptional drinks, and possess the ability to deliver outstanding service in a high-energy night club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take beverage orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to club recipes and guest preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is fully stocked with beverages, ice, glassware, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning up spills.
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all alcohol purchases.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following all club policies for cash handling.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on club events, promotions, and special offers to inform guests.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and club policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and a wide variety of drink recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RBS) is preferred.
• Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, kegs, and cases of beverages.
• Comfortable working in a loud and dynamic environment.
• Sound levels can reach and exceed 85 decimals
