Bartender

What You’ll Do

As a part-time Bartender at Graduate by Hilton Tempe, you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming bar experience for guests during busy nights and weekends. This role exists to deliver consistent beverage service, maintain responsible alcohol practices, and keep service moving with accuracy and care.

Key responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks to standard, running tabs and processing payments, verifying legal drinking age, and supporting guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly service. You’ll also follow safe alcohol service guidelines and work closely with the team to keep the bar operating efficiently.

A Shift Snapshot

You’ll arrive before the rush to get the bar fully staged—stock levels checked, mixers and garnishes ready, and everything wiped down and sanitized. As the night builds, you’ll keep conversations flowing while staying sharp on pacing and guest comfort. Between rounds, you’ll stay organized, watch for signs of overconsumption, and keep the space clean and service-ready. At close, you’ll secure product and equipment, complete cash drops, lock up, and leave the bar set for the next shift.
