Responsibilities:

• Mixing and Serving Alcoholic beverages (general and Kanki-specific recipes)
• Must know and understand all North Carolina and Raleigh laws pertaining to Alcohol service
• Have a full knowledge of our menu and be able to recommend dishes
• Know all allergens that could possibly be harmful to our guests
• Maintain and cleaning our bar in a Neat, Clean and Organized manner
• Take direction from management

Requirements:

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must be able to work primarily PM Shifts
• Must have Weekend Availability
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass eVerify verification
