Job Summary 

The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager. S/He is accountable for playing their part in ensuring the Bar experience of our Guests is consistently excellent. This person is a team player, carefully trained, multi-skilled, flexible, courteous and friendly.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a minimum of two (2) SSC, CXC/GCE subjects including English


• Have a minimum of one (1) year experience in this field


• Have a valid Food Handler’s Permit


• Have working knowledge of serving in a hotel restaurant


• Have working knowledge of the department’s deportment, presentation, sequence and service standards


• Have excellent customer service skills


• Have the ability to withstand the physical demands of the job


• Have the ability to work flexible shifts


• Have the ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels

• Have the ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels
