Key Responsibilities:
The Bartender reports to the Bar Team Leader and is accountable to him. He gives excellent service equally to all our Guests in all Food and Beverage outlets.The Bartender will always treat their Colleagues with respect.
Beverage Preparation & Service:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and proper mixing techniques.
Customize drinks based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
Guest Engagement & Service:
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
Ensure timely and professional service, handling guest requests and concerns with a positive attitude.
Bar Maintenance & Compliance:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Follow proper sanitation, health, and safety guidelines.
Monitor and manage alcohol consumption responsibly to ensure guest safety.
Comply with hotel policies and local alcohol service laws.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Maintain adequate stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages.
Assist in ordering and restocking as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or structured bar.
Certification in responsible alcohol service
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift and carry bar supplies (up to 25 lbs).
Ability to work in a noisy and dynamic environment.
