What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a welcoming and professional attitude
- Follow standardized recipes and pour controls to ensure quality and consistency
- Process orders and payments through POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor laws
- Support concerts, weddings, private events, and special programs
- Assist with event setup, service, and guest engagement as needed
- Help create a memorable experience for every guest
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of bartending, restaurant, catering, banquet, or hospitality experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain TIPS Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- 2+ years of bartending experience
- Experience in high-volume hospitality or event environments
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong mixology and beverage service knowledge
