Bartender (flex- multiple shifts)

Bartenders will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to all guests. Bartenders should maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks.
• Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Prep ingredients and batch cocktails.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep areas clean and organized at all times.
• Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.
• Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.
• Communicate with bar crew prep, cleaning, and organizing.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Flex schedules, weekends and Holidays as needed

Shift Times: 10:30am – 5pm depending on business demands, also 4pm-midnight

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Two years of Bartending experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of in prepping, batching, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Has a desire to learn craft cocktails
• Is willing to learn an elevated wine experience
• Has at least 1 year experience in elevated dining

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)

Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
