Hamburger Hut, the laid-back, high-energy heart of Leucadia, is looking for a charismatic and skilled Bartender to join our crew. We're known for our breezy outdoor vibes, the best smash burgers in town, and a drink menu that keeps the good times rolling.

What You'll Do:

  Craft & Serve: Prepare high-quality cocktails and pour local craft beers with speed and precision to perfectly complement our signature smash burgers.

  Set the Standard: Act as a hospitality leader on the floor, setting the example for the team and inspiring the kind of guest experiences that turn first-timers into regulars.

  Manage the Bar: Handle station setup, restocking, and maintain a spotless bar area-even when the patio is packed.

  Ensure Safety: Maintain strict adherence to alcohol service laws and food safety/sanitation regulations.

  Collaborate: Work seamlessly with the floor staff and kitchen to ensure a smooth, synchronized guest experience.

  Be a Pro: Manage tabs accurately, handle cash/POS transactions, and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.

  
  

What You'll Bring:

  Proven Experience: Prior experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or high-volume bar.
