Mixologist & Guest Relations Description.

We are looking for a qualified Mixologist who can provide our guests with an outstanding experience. The Mixologist must be able to meet all the needs of our guests while building true connections and relationships, compelling them to come back again.

Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of customers is a crucial factor for improving the guest drinking experience. Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience.

A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.

Mixologist & Guest Relations Tools for success:

● Experience as a mixologist, the knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages 

● Strong teamwork and communication skills. - The strength of our team is each individual member, but the strength of each member is the team.

● Willingness to adapt and grow. - The beautiful reality of the hospitality industry is no two days are ever the same. Each new day brings its own challenges and rewards.

● Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized

● Current TABC and Food Handlers Certificates -To adhere with state and local guidelines, and to ensure that the highest of standards are being met.
