Job Title: Bartender / Crew Member
Location: Beach Happy Café – Seagrove, FL
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour + tips
Position Summary:
Beach Happy Café is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent guest service, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Check guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning duties
Support front-of-house team as needed in a fast-paced environment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes, beer, and wine
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Florida
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
