Position Overview
Bartenders at Winsome Prime are more than drink makers — they are artisans of hospitality. As a Craft Mixologist, you will create cocktails with precision, showcase deep knowledge of spirits and wine, and deliver an engaging, luxury bar experience that reflects the elegance and energy of Winsome Prime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with accuracy and speed.


• Execute and elevate Winsome Prime’s craft cocktail program, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and creativity.


• Engage guests with knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, wines, and cocktail pairings.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.


• Uphold proper cash handling, POS transactions, and accurate guest checks.


• Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.


• Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure seamless service.


• Stay current on cocktail trends and contribute to seasonal menu innovation.


• Represent Winsome Prime’s luxury brand with professionalism, charisma, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending or mixology experience in an upscale or fine dining setting required.


• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and beer.


• Ability to craft both traditional cocktails and signature creations with consistency.


• Excellent guest interaction skills; ability to create rapport and memorable experiences.


• POS proficiency and strong cash-handling accuracy.


• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.


• TABC (or local responsible beverage service certification) required.
