Prestonwood Country Club, a premier establishment in Cary, NC, is seeking outgoing, friendly and customer-service driven individuals for Bartenders, Full Time positions in our Red Fox Restaurant. Come work with a great staff and get to know our wonderful members!

Red Fox Bartenders provide service to Members of Prestonwood Country Club and their guests at the bar and at tables when instructed by the Manager on Duty.

The Bartender also serves food, and will be tested on food and wine knowledge.

The Bartender is expected to remain at the bar throughout the shift, sometimes being the first eye for arriving Members waiting to be seated and particularly all Members seating themselves at the bar. In addition to knowing the Menu, Wine, Liquor and Beers the Bartender is also responsible for Cleaning, Re-stocking, Rotation of Stock, Polishing of Glassware and the Brass Tap Towers, and keeping drains and area sanitized.

The Bartender must consistently deliver accurate measured pours when making drinks to standard and not make a drink until the item has been recorded in the POS system.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in hospitality or any other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Be 21 years of age.

- Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service.

- Show excellent oral and written communication skills and familiarity with the use of a POS system.

- Availability Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
