A popular and touristic restaurant located on Calle 8 in Miami is looking for skilled and experienced Bartenders to join our growing team.

💵 Compensation: $1,000 – $1,600 per week

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with consistency and quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the bar area.
• Process transactions accurately through cash and POS systems.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of cocktails and liquor preparation.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, available for weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts.
