Youth Basketball Scorekeeper

Are you a sports fanatic? Do you love the environment of competition, achievement and team atmosphere? Here is your opportunity to positively contribute to the community while indulging in your love of sports. Palatine Park District is seeking score keepers for basketball program.

What You'll Do:

Record and maintain accurate score and timekeeping during basketball games

Communicate with referees, coaches, and players to ensure accurate recording of game events

Assist with pre-game setup and post-game cleanup

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored

Adhere to all league rules and regulations

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience playing or scorekeeping preferred.

Someone who understands the importance of customer service with parents, coaches, referees and players.

Ability to run the game clock and track the score of the game.

Ability to work a flexible schedule night and weekends.

The pay rate is as follows:

For individuals under 18: $13

For those 18 and older $15-16
