Batch Control Representative

Position Summary: Responsible for the timely entry of charge data into physician billing software and the collection of physician charge tickets.  Obtains provider information updating and maintaining provider dictionaries.

Experience:Data entry or keypunch preferred.

Education:High School or G.E.D.

Required License / Credentials:None

Other Required Skills: Knowledge of PC.

Contact With Others:Occasional external contacts, furnishing or obtaining information only.

Supervision Given: Responsibilities of the position require no supervision or direction of others.

Supervision Received: Works under general supervision in performing routine assignments, referring unusual or more difficult situations to immediate supervisor.

Bi-Weekly Hours: 50

Work Schedule: M to F 8am to 4pm flexible

The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50 per hour.
