Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Shift may vary based on business needs and weather conditions)

Position Summary

We are currently hiring a Batch Plant Operator to oversee and execute the batching of concrete by operating the plant mixer and all related components. This role requires adherence to established batching procedures and collaboration with team members to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch concrete using Egan Control system
• Operate computer systems to input, analyze, and manage production data
• Understand and apply concrete mix designs
• Monitor inventory levels and material usage
• Communicate equipment or batch plant conditions with team members
• Operate manual transmission concrete trucks
• Maintain full aggregate bins and cement silos; communicate ordering needs to Batch Plant Manager
• Troubleshoot mixers and conveyors and report issues to Maintenance Manager
• Climb silos for inventory checks and maintenance purposes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols and operational procedures
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure team alignment
• Contribute to team success by supporting related production efforts as needed

Physical Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of bending, climbing, stretching, twisting, or reaching with body, arms, and/or legs
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, dust)
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights
