Batcher

The batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required in producing the World’s Best Lip Balm. The Compounder will closely follow a provided formula and provide the finished batch to the proper production room. The batcher will work closely with the Production Manager and the Production Scheduler. 

Essential Functions:

• Able to work in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a safe and quality manner while working productively.
• Capable of squatting and crawling under equipment, standing, and repetitively lifting items up to 60 pounds and/or pushing 3000 pounds on wheels.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
