Bath Installation Manager

Bath Experts, the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodeler in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Manager to oversee our bath installation operations. The Installation Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel bathtub and shower installations. This includes managing installation teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintaining quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency.

About the Role:

The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the installation team to ensure the timely and efficient installation while providing the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide leadership, manage various tasks/projects, be highly skilled in customer service, and deliver desired performance results.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operation of the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel installation process ensuring all install objectives are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide leadership and technical expertise for the installation crews including on-site support when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, installs, etc..
• Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the operations team, and ensure cross-organization collaboration and employee involvement where appropriate
• Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams including installation, operations, sales, customer services, etc..
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Manage inventory including analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right materials, and maintaining inventory to meet installation needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns/issues related to installation, quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Train, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the field

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in operations, home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management
• Plumbing License in the state of Kentucky, preferred
• Knowledge of technical aspects of home construction, residential remodeling, bath remodeling, and/or residential installation management
• Proven customer resolution skills required; ability to provide excellent customer services
• Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions
• Possess leadership skills including time management and ability to delegate tasks
• Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of operations
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet company demands
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
