We are looking for a compassionate and team-oriented BIPP Coordinator to join our Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) team. The BIPP Coordinator manages the BIPP referral and intake process and supports the implementation of specialized BIPP services through coordination of Adult Women’s services, Adolescent Non-Violence Program (ANVP) and the Partner Advocate Program. The BIPP Coordinator provides individual intake and exit sessions, facilitates psycho-educational group sessions, and participant orientations. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence, strong written and oral communication skills, and experience working with clients in individual and group settings.
Employment Status: Full Time, Exempt
Reports to: Director of Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP)
Supervises: Intake Specialist, Assigned Interns and Volunteers
