The High Volume Battery Pack Assembly Process Supervisor provides direct leadership, technical guidance, and execution oversight for a team of manufacturing engineers. Reporting to the LL5 Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for translating strategic manufacturing standards into operational success across the entire value stream—from product concept and Simultaneous Engineering through equipment runoff, installation, commissioning, and Rate of Climb (RoC).
As a key leader in our skills-based organization, you will oversee the deployment of advanced assembly technologies, drive launch excellence, manage supplier deliverables, and mentor engineers to build Ford's battery manufacturing capability.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring technical engineering teams or project groups.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
