This is how you will grow:

 We are looking for an individual who can own the requirements process end to end. 

• Develop and implement end to end requirements process from stakeholder input, project team review, status reporting, change management and post launch processes
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to refine input into well-defined and transparent requirements
• Align the organization to the best fit industry standard  and create various reports to communicate requirements & their status to the cross-functional team
• Support technical documentation creation associated with requirements
• Manage communication between technical project team and stakeholders ensuring clarity throughout process
• Familiarity with regulatory documents and interpreting content

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 3 plus years experience in product management/requirements 
• 3 plus years experience in product management with a proven track record of supporting product development, especially within the energy storage space
• Experience in the development of battery systems
• DOORS experience
• Strong communication skills in both written & oral presentation
• Organized, capable of utilizing collaborative software’s such as Microsoft Team
• A desire to learn and understand the technical details of battery systems
• Organized, can manage working on multiple tasks and prioritize work
