Battery Storage Technician - Asset Optimization Associate (AOA)

Role description
Battery Storage Technician - Asset Optimization Associate (AOA) serves a key function for CES in the field. You will be expected to lead the crew to perform all work safely and efficiently, in line with CES code of conduct. This role will be responsible for various activities related to battery storage systems including, but not limited to:

• installations;
• commissioning;
• troubleshooting;
• repairs.

The AOA is expected to be proactive in identifying and solving problems. Given CES is a new company, we expect you to demonstrate willingness to perform at a high standard and help us grow the company.

This position will be required to travel both in/out of state. Advance notice for travel will be given as is available, but can be on short notice for immediate customer needs. AOA will be the customer-facing roles for CES and will need to manage these partnerships accordingly.

Salary:
Base Rate:

• salary is commensurate with experience

CES aims to grow at an accelerated pace while providing a safe and quality work product. This will help the Company to showcase a strong presence in the marketplace and develop a robust track record. We expect to be working continuously.

Standard Time/Over Time:

• Overtime at 150% of ST, after forty hours per week.

Per diem

• Daily per diem for meals and incidental expenses. Hotels will be provided (company credit card) or an additional daily lodging per diem will be paid for people organizing their own lodging.
• 7 days per week will be paid when a full week of work is completed. In the first and last week of work, per diem is paid for all working days and 1 travel day.

PPE/Tooling

• Personal Protective Equipment, insulated tooling and instrumentation will be provided by CES.

Health insurance:

• Employee health insurance will be provided. Family coverage will be offered.
