Physical Therapist – Baylor Weekend Shift

The Company:
Our client provides home health services throughout the greater geriatric service area, helping patients receive quality, personalized care in the comfort of their homes.

The Position:
They are seeking a Physical Therapist for a Baylor weekend position covering the service area from Natick to Worcester, Douglas, and Franklin. This opportunity offers a condensed weekend schedule, with 32 hours worked and 40 hours of pay. Home health experience is preferred.

Openings & Schedule Options:

• Option 1: Friday – Sunday
• Option 2: Saturday – Monday
• Covers Natick, Worcester, Douglas, Franklin, and surrounding communities

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Home health experience preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
• Familiarity with HCHB / PointCare preferred

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Help patients improve mobility, independence, and safety
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
