Job Description - BCBA

About Us

At Kinder Konsulting, our mission is to advance and promote the emotional, behavioral, and developmental well‑being of infants, children, and families in Central Florida. We are a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to excellence in clinical care and committed to maintaining a positive, growth‑oriented work environment for our practitioners.

About the Position

We are seeking a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in‑clinic services at our state-of-the-art Winter Park office and to support children in early childcare center settings throughout Orlando. The BCBA will provide direct ABA services, supervise RBTs, complete assessments and reassessments, and support clinic operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

This position is salaried, and compensation is based on meeting expected productivity and billable-hour requirements.

Position Expectations

The BCBA is responsible for maintaining a minimum of 25–30 billable hours per week. Billable services include direct ABA therapy, RBT supervision, parent/caregiver training, treatment plan oversight, and completion of assessments and reassessments.

Billable time varies by client based on insurance authorizations and clinical recommendations. BCBAs are expected to utilize at least 99% of authorized hours unless clinically inappropriate and must track billable hours weekly to ensure productivity requirements are met.

The BCBA will complete assessment reports and treatment plans within required timelines and enter all session notes no later than the next business day. Timely documentation is essential for billing, continuity of care, and timely payroll processing.

Primary Responsibilities

The BCBA will:

  • Deliver high‑quality ABA services in clinic and early‑childhood settings

  • Provide required supervision and coaching to RBTs

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and treatment plan updates

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans

  • Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and progress notes

  • Monitor program integrity, safety, and treatment fidelity

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Support the clinical flow, curriculum development, scheduling, and clinic operations

  • Provide off‑site services at contracted schools and childcare facilities

You will also work alongside a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, and experienced senior clinicians.

Qualifications Required

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Active Medicaid provider number (or ability to obtain one)

  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

  • Ability to pass a Level II background check

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Benefits and Opportunities

  • Full‑time, salaried position

  • Work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring observation rooms, play therapy rooms, sand tray rooms, and more

  • Supportive, collaborative work environment with extremely low turnover

  • Ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship from clinicians with over ten years of company tenure

  • Opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary setting that promotes comprehensive and coordinated care

Work Locations

  • Winter Park Clinic (Primary)

  • Orlando Childcare/Early Learning Centers
