We are growing our Westchester County, NY Supervisor team and looking for a confident and experienced BCBA!

Are you a skilled BCBA Supervisor looking for a creative, team-oriented company to grow with? We are looking for a BCBA Supervisor with at least 2-3 years of home care supervision experience, to join us in our mission to make behavior therapy fun with measurable results.

We are looking for:

Strong communication skills

Supervision experience

Naturalistic ABA approach

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy

Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism

Proficient in patient assessment, medical documentation, and HIPAA regulations

Ability to collect and analyze data effectively

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
