We are expanding services into the Greater Charlotte, NC area and are seeking a compassionate, skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role will initially provide in -home ABA services to children and families, then transition into a clinic -based role once our Charlotte clinic opens.
This is an exciting opportunity to help expand AutismCOE’s high -quality ABA services into the Charlotte area — while working within a supportive and established clinical organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians/RBTs
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, evidence -based ABA services
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
• Support family training, education, and collaboration
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Partner with leadership as services launch and grow in the Charlotte area
• Contribute to a positive, mission -driven team culture
Compensation
$85,000–$100,000 annually (includes bonus potential)
Schedule
Full -time | Initially in -home services | Transition to clinic -based once the center opens

Requirements
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, family -centered care
• Flexibility and comfort providing in -home services during the initial phase
