Stay close to the work. Our Program Directors (BCBAs) typically support 12–14 children and lead clinical teams of 7–12 RBTs, creating space for individualized clinical decisions, meaningful collaboration, and hands-on team development.

• 115 billable hours per month for full-time BCBAs


• $85K–$95K annual salary, depending on experience


• Up to $6K in clinical performance incentives


• Individualized clinical decision-making and collaboration with families, schools, and providers
