Position Highlights

• Salary starting at $90,000/year
• Caseload: Just 2–5 clients depending on center growth
• Directly supervise staff while managing a reduced caseload
• Report to Regional Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Oversee case management and ensure high-quality care
• Train and supervise RBTs and interns
• Deliver caregiver training and support
• Lead with professionalism, ethics, and compassion
• Maintain clinical scheduling and staff productivity
• Ensure compliance with BACB/Texas licensure standards
• Utilize CentralReach software proficiently

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Texas LBA
• 2+ years as a practicing BCBA
• 1+ year experience in early intervention with young children with autism
• Master’s in ABA, Special Ed, or related field
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Valid CPR/AED or BLS certification
