Are you a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a rewarding opportunity to work with students in Clarksburg, California? Spindle Staffing is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team for an 8-week contract position.

Job Description: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students' social, emotional, and academic success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the results of the FBA
• Providing training and support to school staff on evidence-based behavior management strategies
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement interventions and monitor student progress
• Conducting ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input on students' goals and objectives

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality
