This pivotal role entails working within a specialized educational environment focused on special education needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to develop effective strategies.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide decision-making and program development.
• Provide training and support to staff and families on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid state licensure and certifications as mandated by regulatory bodies.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar setting.
