Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary: $80K–$110K + Quarterly Bonuses
Sign-On Bonus Available!

This season, grow your career with purpose! Treetop ABA is expanding into Albuquerque — and we’re looking for passionate BCBAs to join our growing team. You’ll start by providing hybrid in-home ABA services, helping families thrive right where they live and learn, with the exciting opportunity to transition into clinic-based work as we open our new location.

🌳 What You’ll Do

• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans that make a real difference
• Support, mentor, and collaborate with RBTs and families
• Deliver high-quality ABA services in-home (and later in our future clinic!)
• Collect and analyze data to guide meaningful progress
• Stay connected with your team through collaboration and continued learning

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Passion for helping children and families grow and succeed
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• A collaborative mindset and creative problem-solving approach
