Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric ABA Therapy

Avant Tech is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, specializing in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior changes and enhance the quality of life for our pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and supervise ABA intervention strategies in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Monitor and record client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, other professionals, and family members to create a holistic support system for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and families.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of current ABA practices and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and mentor a team of behavior technicians or assistants.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.

• Competitive Salary
• $65,000 to $90,000 Annually
