Job Description - BCBA Practice Director
Our mission is to help BCBAs start their own in-home ABA practice. We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from credentialing, finding clients, scheduling, billing, recruiting and compliance. About The Job
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans through TeleHealth
Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
Qualifications
BCBA Certification
LBA for the state of North Carolina. License to practice in North Carolina
Strong leadership skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
Strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
