Boater’s World Marine Centers is a premier marine retailer offering boats, marine products, and industry-leading customer service. At our Lake Placid location, we are focused on delivering a professional and friendly experience for both our customers and our team members. We are currently hiring an Entry-Level BDC Associate who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a BDC Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers who inquire about our products and services. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and updating customer information in our CRM system. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and online leads professionally and promptly
• Conduct outbound follow-ups with potential customers to schedule showroom visits
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM software
• Coordinate appointment calendars for the sales team
• Share basic product information, promotions, and store details with potential customers
• Track communication and appointment metrics daily
• Work closely with the sales and management team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM systems
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude

Schedule:

• Full-time availability required
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Sundays off, with one additional weekday off

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate
• Plus bonuses and performance incentives based on appointments set and completed
