Texas Instruments is looking for a BCD Technologist in Dallas, TX.  This is a visionary leader in semiconductor technology who will help drive innovation in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.  


Primary responsibilities will include:



  • Work with business partners to define key process/component needs for next generation analog/power products.

  • Define Component Architectures and Process Flow Integration for next generation BCD technologies.

  • Work with manufacturing teams to develop next generation technologies.

  • Work with productization teams to implement next generation technologies.

  • Support new analog/power product ramps on next generation technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • PhD degree in Electrical engineering, Materials Science, or physics.
  • 10 + years of experience in Device & Process Integration development for  BCD related technology.
  • Deep understanding of Analog/Power technologies and their integration into a variety of products. 
  • Experience with 65nm and below.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
