Requirements

A Japan-based biotech is looking for a Business Development professional to lead global out-licensing for its early-stage oncology pipeline (Phase 1). The role involves driving end-to-end partnering across the US, Europe, and Japan, working closely with leadership on deal strategy and execution.

Ideal candidates bring BD experience in biotech/pharma (startup or venture preferred), exposure to licensing/partnerships, strong English communication skills, and the ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Oncology experience is a plus but not required.
