Now Hiring - Service Bdc Rep/Appointment Coordinator

Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.

We are looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with impeccable follow-up skills, strong verbal and written communication, and high computer proficiency. Previous dealership BDC experience is a plus, and a great attitude is essential for success in this role.

Who are we looking for?

• Automotive Service BDC is required
• Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
• Outstanding follow-up skills
• Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
• Strong communication skills –both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
• Highly organized with attention to detail

The hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
