Job description
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding career in automotive sales? Join our team as a Full-Time BDC (Business Development Center) Agent at Jim Riehl's Friendly Auto Group. As a BDC Agent, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales success by handling incoming leads, engaging with customers, and scheduling appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.

  • Provide detailed information about our vehicles, promotions, and dealership services to interested prospects.

  • Schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations and test drives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate communication and follow-up with customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.

  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday. Must be available Mondays and Thursdays and every other Saturday until 8:00 PM.
