The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Assistant BDC Manager to support the Sales Business Development Center at Napleton Clermont CJDR. This role works directly under the BDC Director to assist with daily operations, team performance, coaching, and appointment production for the sales department.

Potential pay range of approximately $45,000–$65,000+ per year, based on performance

Support the BDC Director with daily oversight of the Sales BDC team
Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing BDC representatives
Help monitor lead flow, response times, appointment quality, and show rates
Ensure all inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, texts, and emails are handled promptly and professionally
Work closely with Sales Management to ensure proper follow-up and appointment execution
Assist with tracking department performance, reporting, and incentive metrics
Handle escalated customer concerns related to the sales process
Review lead sources and digital performance regularly and communicate improvement opportunities to the BDC Director
Step in as acting team lead when the BDC Director is unavailable
Minimum 2–3 years of BDC or Internet Sales leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to coach and lead a team
Ability to work collaboratively with dealership leadership
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local and state regulations
Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company driving policy
