We're looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our fast-paced Business Development Center (BDC). Whether you have previous BDC or call center experience or are eager to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!


What You'll Do


As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience by:



  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and internet leads.

  • Building lasting relationships with current and previous customers.

  • Identifying customers' vehicle needs through active listening.

  • Scheduling, confirming, and following up on sales and service appointments.

  • Following proven call and email processes.

  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Supporting the team with additional responsibilities as needed.


What We're Looking For


We're seeking enthusiastic team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people. The ideal candidate will have:



  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • A reliable work history.

  • Strong English language skills.

  • Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus—but not required!

  • Bilingual skills are a big advantage.
